I strictly offer leasing and property management services, and would never court a client you brought my way for any other business relationship. If you partner with me, you can rest assured that your status as your client’s go-to-broker will not be jeopardized.

We have an established and thorough process to ensure this outcome:
Rental analysis. We use a series of qualitative and quantitative techniques to determine the best rental ranges for the property.
Marketing campaign. We use Social Media, the MLS, Zillow and other websites that syndicate with the MLS and Zillow to insure maximum exposure and reach the largest possible audience. All of our listings include professional photos.
Property showings. We meet every potential tenant in person. This creates a welcoming environment for them, while ensuring they are a safe and ideal fit for the property.
Tenant screening. We use a thorough screening process to ensure tenants will be a good financial and personality fit for the home.
Lease drafting and legal paperwork. We have streamlined the legal process to be quick and painless, and get the tenant in asap.
Move-in. The process is complete. We ensure the new tenant has their keys, the owners have their funds, and everyone is happy.
Once the tenant has moved in, however, we continue to diligently work for owners as a property manager. We handle all maintenance, rental collection, and turnover coordination.
